2. Heard so many disappointments from people around me about getting their own property make me want to do it.
3. Want to educate young people to have passive income by owning correct property.
4. Want to let people know that not all agents are bad apple. Identify your agents and know your right. (sesungguhnya membaca itu jambatan ilmu)
We did hire REN to buy our own property , consider our self lucky because he helps us to ease our process, spending few times with us for viewing before we decided to buy the unit. I was admire with the service and I hope I can be the real estate negotiator who help people to understand the process, timeline, informing the charge (well owner: of course when you decide to engage with an agent, you need to pay for the services), law involves and other things. The keypoint is TRUST.
